About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Island Home Furniture. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.

Team Supervision

Supervise and mentor a team of professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.

Administrative Tasks

Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or management.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a business development or marketing role.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
