Business Development Officer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Island Home Furniture. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
* Design and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
* Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure effective execution of business plans
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
