We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team at Silver Hotel Group in Toronto, Canada.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling room assignments, guest registration, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate in Word and Excel, with Maestro's or Opera experience an asset.
- Results-oriented with flexibility to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
