About the Role

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests and checking them in and out
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  • Providing information about the hotel's services and amenities
  • Handling room assignments and key card requests
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations software
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role an asset
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
