Strategic Business Development Leader

The Waraich (Hospitality) Group is a family-run business operating gas stations and hotels in Ontario and the US, with plans to expand its presence.
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in account management and market analysis.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the technical knowledge of the sales team regarding our products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate business development initiatives.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales environment, preferably in technology sales or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market dynamics and customer requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- A background in business development or account management is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening shifts and weekends as needed.
