We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial and Administrative Leader to join our team at Assa Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring that all activities are aligned with our strategic goals.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Financial and Administrative Leader is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in finance, administration, and leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of financial plans, managing budgets, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage annual budgets, as well as provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  3. Leadership Development: Coach and mentor senior managers to enhance their leadership skills and promote a culture of excellence within the organization.
  4. Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office and financial software applications.
