We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our operations in Oshawa, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitability and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive growth.
  • Manage and mentor department heads to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
