Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 12843960 CANADA INC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to increase revenue.
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure that expenses are aligned with business goals.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that they are adequate and that waste is minimized.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
    • Develop and implement strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue.
