Restaurant Operations Manager

GJ2 LC1 FOOD SERVICES.INC is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial records.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
