Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Brock Group. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation systems in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install insulation systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine insulation needs and develop plans for installation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure insulation systems meet project requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure insulation systems meet industry standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees on insulation installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in insulation technology.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in insulation installation and maintenance.
  • Valid certification from an accredited apprenticeship board.
  • CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) certification.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification.
  • Experience with insulation materials and systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
