Job Title: General Foreman Insulators

At Brock Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman Insulators to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of insulation specialists and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of insulation specialists to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to budget.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain all necessary documentation and records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Valid certification from an accredited apprenticeship board.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
