Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman Insulation Specialist to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our insulation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of insulation technicians to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all insulation materials meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to insulation technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the quality of work performed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in insulation installation and supervision.
  • Valid certification from an accredited apprenticeship board.
  • CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with insulation materials and installation techniques.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
