Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • More than 20 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
