Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Management Coordinator to join our team at CRISTAL PLASTIC INC. This role is responsible for overseeing administrative activities, establishing priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out various administrative tasks, including reviewing new procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Assembly and Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and reliable.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Languages: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The company offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
