Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best Vision Marketing and Management solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train other workers
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Manage contracts and orders
- Provide customer service and support
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Repetitive tasks and large workload
