Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Magna. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering payroll reports that provide valuable insights to support business decisions.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and maintain regular payroll reports, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll reporting and metrics.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Train and assist team members in the use of reporting tools and the interpretation of payroll data.
- Stay current with the latest reporting tools, techniques, and regulatory requirements affecting payroll.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI and a strong understanding of payroll metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
- Experience in a global company.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other global payroll compliance regulations.
