Job Description

The Showroom Design and Sales Consultant at EMCO Corporation is responsible for providing expert product selection assistance and design advice to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury products and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, designers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in assessing their needs and directing their product selections
  • Develop and build strong relationships with designers, home builders, and architects to grow profitable sales
  • Provide customers with quick and reliable quotes and accurate delivery dates
  • Meet or exceed monthly product-specific sales and gross profit targets

Requirements

  • College and/or university degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or sales; luxury retail sales experience preferred
  • Eager to learn with an eye for design and aesthetics
  • Ability to gain comprehensive knowledge of products on display at the showroom
