Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at FAS Consulting Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain digital databases and information filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
