About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at B-TOWN SAFETY. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Direct and control daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Communication: Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials, and answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Plan and organize daily operations, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings and events.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Procurement: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
