About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Truck Sales Representative to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our heavy equipment products to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our heavy equipment products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage sales orders, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in heavy truck sales or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of heavy equipment products, sales and marketing principles, and customer service best practices.
