Overview

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.

Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing expert technical guidance and training to clients, either individually or in group settings.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
