The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably in a retail environment. A degree or certificate in Computer Science or Information Systems Support is also required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing timely and accurate technical support to associates via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Performing daily maintenance tasks to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Assisting with the setup and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles to improve incident resolution.
