This role will be responsible for leading a professional recruitment team to elevate results in the Canada Market. You'll analyze recruitment and business trends, make recommendations on staffing processes, and build strong partnerships with business leaders to drive top diverse talent into hires.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage full range of business services, including day-to-day recruitment activities and participation in strategic initiatives.
  • Develop scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring that align with annual business goals.
  • Own business leader relationships to ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, drive recruitment processes, and lead a team of recruiters.

Requirements



  • A minimum of six years of functional recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in new world recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies.
  • Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills, with strong command of assessment and selection methodologies.
  • Ability to build and sustain trust, leverage partnerships, and communicate effectively.
