About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in end-to-end recruitment for specialized positions, leveraging your creativity and innovation to identify top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for niche roles, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
  • Source stellar candidates by looking beyond direct applications and leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in a corporate environment, preferably within the tech, data, and analytics space.
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with recruiting managers and peers on sourcing strategies related to tech, data, and analytics.
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
