Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive, a leading game development studio, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our influencer management and public relations efforts. As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you will be responsible for setting the global direction for influencer management and public relations across our current and upcoming live games.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-quality influencer campaigns that drive engagement and ROI
- Foster collaboration with partners and cultivate relationships with agencies and the press worldwide
- Advocate for influencer and PR initiatives, establish KPIs, and communicate their impact
- Communicate player experience insights and address negative sentiment and press, including managing crises
- Manage influencer and PR budgets for all our games
- Mentor and coach a team of influencer managers and PR managers
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and working on GaaS campaigns
- Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a track record of driving positive ROI and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus
