We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team at Mundipharma International. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits and projects that provide assurance over the effectiveness of key processes and drive control enhancements in the business.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead a range of Risk, Operational, and Finance audits/projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective reporting to management.
  • Collaborate with management to review findings and develop action plans to address identified risks and control gaps.
  • Provide regular and timely reporting to management, focusing on meaningful, concise, and accurate insights.
  • Assess risk and communicate the potential impact on strategic goals, helping to inform business decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional interactions to ensure adequate risk mitigation action plans are implemented.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted risk resource for senior executives, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Drive internal improvement activities within the Internal Audit function, promoting excellence and continuous learning.
  • Serve as a key project team member on cross-functional projects, contributing to the success of the organization.
What You'll Bring
  • AAC / ACCA / IIA / CISA qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 6+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in the biotech or pharma industry and multinational organizations is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Global ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, IT, and project management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion, driving team engagement and a data-driven mindset.
