Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Internal Audit to join our team in London. As a key member of our internal audit function, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects and supporting the VP Internal Audit in driving our risk and opportunity management program.

">

You will ensure that our internal audit department provides assurance over the effectiveness of key processes and drives control enhancements in the business.

Role and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Deliver a range of Risk, Operational, and Finance audits/projects.">
  • Review findings with management and collaborate on action plans.">
  • Provide regular and timely reporting to management that is meaningful, concise, and accurate.">
  • Assess risk and communicate the potential impact on strategic goals.">
  • Facilitate cross-functional interaction to ensure adequate risk mitigation action plans.">
  • Establish yourself as a risk resource to senior executives.">
  • Drive internal improvement activities within the audit function.">
  • Serve as a key project team member on cross-functional projects.">
  • Support the VP Internal Audit with Audit & Compliance Committee and other Board reporting.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • ACA/ACCA/IIA/CISA qualification.">
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.">
  • 6+ years of supervisory experience required.">
  • Experience in biotech or pharma industries and multinational organizations is a plus.">
  • Knowledge of business operations, finance, IT, and project management.">
  • Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion.">
  • Ability to drive team engagement with analytics and cultivate a data-driven mindset.">
