About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Manage quality team personnel in the execution of their daily duties.">
  • Collaborate with department leaders across all Business Units to ensure successful implementation and execution of all quality inspections, requirements, and processes.">
  • Design and conduct audits to assess quality system effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.">
  • Lead the Quality Improvement Process by investigating root causes of all quality issues and coordinating the implementation or corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Design and audit quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.">
  • Conduct supplier quality assessments and manage supplier relationships to ensure product/service quality and compliance.">
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to solve customer challenges or issues as they arise.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Engineering, Quality Management, etc.).">
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or management role with direct reports.">
  • 5+ years in custom design and build of industrial equipment, material handling, and automation.">
  • Knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.">
  • Proficient in quality management tools and software.">
  • Experience in leading quality audits and implementing corrective actions.">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.">
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.">
