At SK HOME DESIGNS, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all office services run smoothly.

About the Role

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the qualifications required.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will also possess excellent time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and co-ordinating office services
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
