Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to employees, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Train and support other employees in their roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
