Job Description

Purpose Immigration Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer - Office Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Plan and manage office services and budget to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
