Job Title: Office Operations Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Specialist to join our team at HANJRA TRANSPORTATIONS. As an Office Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Flexibility and reliability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent position
