About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at City Furniture & Appliances. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week
