Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Charles Keay Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
