About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at City Furniture & Appliances. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Data Management: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Operations: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
