Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of tour guides, ensuring that all tours run on schedule and to the highest standard.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their tour experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, maintaining attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
