Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient tour operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure timely and effective tour delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on tour performance and client feedback.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to tour guides to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients with special needs and ensure their tour experience is tailored to their requirements.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tour guides are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized tour operations environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
