Job Title: Tour Guide Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team at Westar Travel Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Tour Guide Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of tour guides, ensuring that all tours run smoothly and efficiently. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of tour guides, ensuring that all tours are delivered to a high standard.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Langue de travail: Anglais.
