Job Title: Tour Guide Supervisor

At Universal Explorer Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising tour guides, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient tour operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and submit reports on tour performance and client feedback.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients with special needs and ensure their comfort and safety during tours.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality tour experiences.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support tour operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
