Job Title: Tour Guide Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate guide performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless tour operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain our competitive edge
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
