Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Financial Records: Accurately maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  2. Reconcile Bank Statements: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure timely payments and efficient operations.
  3. Prepare Financial Reports: Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Maintain Accounting Practices: Ensure the integrity of accounting practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
