Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for various projects and initiatives
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences held by the company
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel
