We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Save Tax Solutions Financial Group Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services and be able to provide administrative support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and control budget and expenditures for various projects and initiatives
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences held by the company
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service through electronic enquiries and in-person interactions
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient data management
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as required
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Oversee daily operations, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating tasks and activities
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in financial services
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
