We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Confer Immigration Inc.

Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and compiling data and statistics. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Coordinate appointments and confirm client bookings.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Compilation: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate records of client information and data.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
