About the Role
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and efficiency
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to meet deadlines and targets
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational logistics
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
What You'll Need
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
