About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to join our team at TRANS 9 CALEDON GROUP. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and productive work environment, overseeing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Reviews and Training: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and offer training opportunities to enhance employee skills and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
