Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, administering policies and procedures, and preparing periodic and special reports.
The Office Administrator will work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our office. They will be responsible for maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data, and preparing reports and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

- Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language
- 35 to 40 hours per week
