Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Mountain View Christian Academy as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
  • Assist with various tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Christian values and principles.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Support our staff in their roles, providing assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to the Christian faith and service in the local church.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
