Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Alberta Inc., we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing data entry.

• Manage daily operations, including opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing events, and maintaining office supplies.

• Ensure the office is running efficiently, including overseeing payroll administration, performing data entry, and conducting performance reviews.

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

• 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
