About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail Design and Experience to join our team at Arc'teryx Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative retail design concepts and solutions that align with our brand vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global retail design strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver retail experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement design standards and guidelines
  • Manage and direct the work of designers and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail design and experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in global retail design, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective design solutions
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong design and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CAD drafting and other design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
  • LEED certification and/or experience with sustainable design practices
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $146,000 - $182,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
