Job Title: Director of Retail Design

At Arc'teryx Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail Design to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and timeless designs for our retail locations globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement retail design concepts that align with our brand vision and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations, to design and build our stores.
  • Lead the design and coordination of all interior brand elements, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
  • Present design concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of your designs.
  • Identify areas for improvement in our retail designs and develop solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in global retail design, with a proven track record of delivering innovative designs on time and on budget.
  • LEED certification and/or a keen interest in sustainable design practices.
  • Strong design and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CAD drafting, 3D rendering, and project management tools.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $146,000 - $182,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
